Sale is also served by a modern tram system which links Bury and Altrincham with Sale and also provides a link with Piccadilly and Victoria stations in Manchester. Trams run every 10 minutes.

From Sale Tram Station (walking time 4 minutes)

Exit the tram station and cross the main road using the Pelican crossing. Turn right, with the 'Kings Ransom' pub behind you and take the first left onto Broad Road. Take the second left onto Wharf Road (opposite Sale Leisure Centre). Bank House is the large white building at the bottom of Wharf Road.
